2. What messages we send

Blizzard Delights sends two distinct categories of SMS messages. Users opt in separately for each category on our website form.

2.1 Two-factor authentication (2FA) messages

When a user enables 2FA on their Blizzard Delights account, or when our systems detect a login that requires additional verification, we send a one-time code to the phone number they have confirmed. These messages are transactional, tied to account security, and are sent only in response to user-initiated authentication events.

2.2 Marketing messages

Users who check the marketing opt-in box on our signup or contact form will receive occasional marketing updates — product announcements, new features, promotional offers, and related news from Blizzard Delights and its products (SongMix, Owaa, and our Shopify apps). Marketing messages are limited to a maximum of 4 messages per user per month.

3. Sample messages

The following are representative examples of the SMS messages users may receive after opting in. Actual message content may vary.

3.1 Opt-in confirmation messages (sent once, when the user opts in)

The confirmation we send is tailored to the specific consent(s) the user gave on the form — we never conflate the two programs into one confirmation.

Confirmation — both programs Blizzard Delights: You're signed up for account-security alerts AND up to 4 marketing msgs/month. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Confirmation — marketing only Blizzard Delights: You're signed up for up to 4 marketing msgs/month. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Confirmation — account-security only Blizzard Delights: You're signed up for account-security alerts only (no marketing). Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

3.2 Two-factor authentication code

2FA Blizzard Delights: Your verification code is 284917. It expires in 10 minutes. Do not share this code with anyone. Reply STOP to opt out.

3.3 Marketing — product announcement

Marketing Blizzard Delights: New on SongMix — batch song generation is live. Try it at songmix.ai. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

3.4 Marketing — promotional offer

Marketing Blizzard Delights: 30% off Pro plans on SongMix this week. Use code FROST30 at checkout. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

3.5 HELP keyword response

HELP Blizzard Delights: For help email [email protected] or call (833) 988-4455. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.

3.6 STOP keyword response

STOP Blizzard Delights: You've been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

4. How users opt in (proof of consent)

All opt-in is collected through our web form at blizzarddelights.com/request-demo or inside our products (SongMix, Owaa, and our Shopify apps) when a user creates an account or enables 2FA. Our two programs — account-security and marketing — are always presented as separate, independent checkboxes, each unchecked by default, each with its own distinct disclosure. A single action never covers both.

  1. The user visits a Blizzard Delights signup, contact, or account-security page.
  2. The user fills in their name, email, and phone number.
  3. The user reviews the two separate disclosure texts (reproduced below) displayed immediately adjacent to their respective consent checkboxes.
  4. The user independently ticks zero, one, or both unchecked-by-default consent checkboxes to indicate which program(s) they are opting into.
  5. The user clicks the form's submit button to complete the request.

Consent to either program is not a condition of purchase. Users who do not opt in can still create accounts and use all paid Services; they simply will not receive SMS messages from that program. A user who opts into only the account-security program will never receive marketing SMS, and vice versa.

4.1 Account-security / 2FA consent (transactional)

The disclosure text displayed next to the account-security checkbox reads:

Account-security SMS (transactional). By checking this box, I agree to receive transactional SMS from Blizzard Delights, LLC at the phone number provided, limited to two-factor authentication codes, account-security alerts, and follow-ups related to this demo request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and depends on account activity. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

4.2 Marketing consent (express written, separate)

The disclosure text displayed next to the marketing checkbox reads:

Marketing SMS (optional, promotional). By checking this box, I expressly consent to receive marketing text messages from Blizzard Delights, LLC at the phone number provided — up to 4 messages per month covering product announcements, new features, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

4.3 Proof-of-consent record

We retain a timestamped JSON record of each submission — including the IP address, user agent, referring page URL, disclosure version, and the exact state of each of the two consent checkboxes at the moment of submission — so that the two consents can always be evidenced independently. The current disclosure version is 2026-04-19-v2.

5. How to opt out

  • Reply STOP to any message from our toll-free number to unsubscribe immediately.
  • You will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing messages.
  • You may continue to receive transactional 2FA codes if you still have 2FA enabled on your account; to stop those, disable 2FA in your account settings or close your account.
  • For help with unsubscribing, email [email protected] or call (833) 988-4455.

6. Privacy of phone numbers

Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver messages, and only as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Eligibility

Our SMS program is available to users in the United States who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state). By opting in, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are the authorized user or account holder of the phone number you provide.

8. Changes to this program

We may update this disclosure or the SMS program from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required, communicated to opted-in users before taking effect.
