This Privacy Policy describes how Blizzard Delights, LLC ("Blizzard Delights," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit blizzarddelights.com, use our products and services, contact our support lines, or communicate with us by email, phone, or SMS.

Our products include SongMix, Owaa, and our Shopify applications (AI Virtual Try-On, Dynamic Pricing by AI, OmniRep, and ShopReel). Each product may have additional, product-specific disclosures, which will be presented to you inside that product. This document governs our overall practices.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide to us

  • Account information — name, email address, password, company name, and billing details when you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan.
  • Contact information — your name, email, phone number, and message content when you contact us, request a demo, or sign up for SMS updates.
  • Product content — text prompts, lyrics, uploaded images, audio, product data, and similar inputs that you submit to our products.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processors (for example, Stripe and Shopify Billing). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, referring URLs, timestamps, and similar analytics.
  • Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and crash logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used for authentication, preferences, and basic analytics.

1.3 Information from third parties

  • Shopify — when you install one of our Shopify apps, we receive the shop domain, shop email, products, orders, and other data per the permissions you grant at install.
  • Twilio — when you call our toll-free number or exchange SMS with us, we receive your phone number, call metadata, and message content.
  • Payment processors and identity providers — limited profile and billing information as needed.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our products and services.
  • To process transactions, issue receipts, and manage subscriptions.
  • To authenticate users, including via SMS two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • To send operational messages (account changes, security alerts, billing notices).
  • To send marketing communications only to users who have opted in, and only via the channel they opted in on.
  • To respond to support requests, phone calls, and SMS messages.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3. SMS messaging and phone numbers

Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use phone numbers only to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive, including SMS 2FA codes and marketing updates from Blizzard Delights, and to provide you with support you have requested.

All SMS messaging is sent via our toll-free number (833) 988-4455 through Twilio. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is limited to a maximum of 4 messages per user per month for marketing messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

4. How we share information

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — hosting, payment, email, SMS, analytics, and customer support vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Shopify — for our Shopify apps, as required to provide the app's core functionality.
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blizzard Delights, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share phone numbers collected for SMS with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal information.
  • Opt-out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing emails via the footer link, or reply STOP to any marketing SMS.
  • Do Not Sell / Share — California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.

7. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect the information you trust us with.

9. International users

Blizzard Delights, LLC is based in California, USA, and our infrastructure includes servers located in the European Union and the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US and other countries where our infrastructure providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify affected users by email or in-product notice.
